Return Policy


Store Credit Only: We Do Not Issue Cash Refunds. All Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not cover the shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive your item and it has been inspected, we will issue a store credit. The store credit will expire 6 months to the issue date. 

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges due to not being able to guarantee your size being in stock by the time you return it to us. Everything comes and goes quickly. 

Returns: All items must be unworn/unwashed with original tags attached. All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 10 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 10 days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to call to pay for the item(s) to be shipped back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity. 

Non- Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

-Clearance items

-Items such as bralettes, bandeaus, leggings, hats, beanies, and swimwear. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items. 

-ALL shoes are final sale

Processing Time: Once we receive your return request, it can take 5-7 business days to be processed for store credit. 

Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. DO NOT send it back. Email coastalbling@yahoo.com with pictures and a description of the damaged item, and be sure to include a picture of your invoice as well. 

Steps to Return Items: 

1)   ALL items you are returning MUST follow our return policy. 

2) To ship returns, you may use whichever shipping method you prefer due to shipping costs not being covered by Coastal Bling. 

Remember to allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
